Halo Infinite
2022-2024Halo Infinite is an international free-to-play title from the legendary Halo franchise. I worked with 343 Industries to plan, manage, and implement the Halo Infinite customization storefront, one of Halo Infinite's main sources of revenue.

Above: A sample of my customization storefront work. Here, I brought back well-loved bundles on sale, alongside new favorites to purchase. I set the offerings to be both organized and eye-catching, prioritizing the newest offerings first.
Independently Managed all parts of the product development lifecycle, from product concept to market introduction
Identified and analyzed improvement opportunities using feedback from the community and player data, increasing revenue
Coordinated the storefront alongside cross-functional teams to ensure monetization strategy aligned with market and business requirements
Documented essential processes and implemented improvements to reduce storefront planning time
Planned and iterated on storefront strategy mock-ups and functional specifications based on internal and external feedback
Alongside marketing and business teams, we brought back some of Halo's most iconic characters for players to use in their own armor customization.
I planned and implemented Halo Infinite's cross-core armor system, allowing players the freedom to mix and match any armor piece with any color scheme. This feature had been in high demand from players since launch.
